Michael S. Roscoe
Michael Roscoe is a Florida attorney whose practice focuses on construction litigation, contractor licensing and DBPR matters, contract and commercial disputes, and appeals. He represents individuals, contractors, and businesses throughout Florida.
Before founding Roscoe Law, Michael spent years representing clients in civil litigation, including construction, insurance, contract, and commercial disputes. His experience includes representing individuals and small businesses as well as regional and national companies in matters ranging from straightforward disputes to complex litigation.
Michael also brings substantial appellate experience to his litigation practice. Earlier in his career, he served as a judicial law clerk at Florida's First District Court of Appeal and practiced appellate law with the Florida Office of the Attorney General. He has continued representing clients in appeals in private practice.
